Terms of Service — Reels·Script

1. The service

Reels·Script ("we", "us") is an editorial library and reading environment for screenplays. Access to the full library, the AI assistant, and the personal reading tools requires a paid Pro membership. The membership is a subscription to the platform — you are not purchasing individual screenplays or any other digital asset.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Membership & billing

Memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices, applicable taxes, and currency are shown at checkout. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or republish material from the library; not to share your account credentials; not to attempt to circumvent access controls; and not to use the AI assistant for unlawful or abusive purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Screenplays in the library remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and rights-holders. They are provided for personal study and research only. Your highlights and notes are yours and remain associated with your account.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI assistant's responses are accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
